Our 160gsm shade sails allow you to stay cool and comfortable in the shade while also staying dry during rain showers.

In warmer climates, shade sails are designed with small holes in the weave to allow hot air to escape and to keep it from getting too warm underneath the sail. However, with the British climate generally cooler than many countries and more prone to showers, a tighter weave is ideal. You can enjoy maximum UV protection and shelter from the rain without worrying about being uncomfortably warm beneath your shade sail.

• Sun protection: The 160gsm polyester fabric in our shade sails has been independently tested to UPF50+ standard, ensuring 98% UV protection.
• Easy Installation: Our shade sails are simple to set up and have versatile options for installation. It is important to install the sail at an angle to prevent water from accumulating on the fabric which may cause it to stretch or tear.
• Sturdy design: Each side of our waterproof shade sail range is strapped for tension and anchored in the corners with grade 304 stainless steel D rings for lasting durability.
• Cleaning and maintenance: Simply clean with a solution of mild detergent and water using a soft sponge. Alternatively, put into the washing machine on 40 degrees temperature. Please note: do not place the shade sail into a clothes drier or scrub with stiff brush.
• Rope included: 1.5m rope for each corner of the shade sail is supplied.
