Bought from B&Q Livingston in closing down sale. Comes in kit form, took an hour to put together, instructions easy to follow. Once assembled a very sturdy solid construction. Small amout of bearing noise. Rotates at 23rpm (not the 1440rpm as specified on B&Q website, which may be the motor speed not the drum!) Easy to load/discharge. Made short work of a shed base. The drum is slightly thinner steel than some of the trade mixers, but more than adequate for diy/ light trade use. It would have been helpful to have had recipes/additives schedule included. Overall a real bargain which gets my recommendation. Made in China.
Brilliant Electric Mixer.

Bought in Spring for Summer House base and supports for Decking. Used for four months. Washed down every day and still looks like new. Performed impeccably everytime. One more patio job next summer then will sell on.

Can't fault it,and its so quiet. Good build quality, easy to assemble and use.
The one I bought is white on a black stand and the mix load is now 100 litre instead of 90 litre.
Well fit for purpose

I bought this mixer nearly three months ago for a lengthy DIY rebuild of some steps. I chose to buy rather than to hire because I was unsure how long the job would take. It's been worth every penny. It was easy to assemble, has performed impeccably and shows no signs of deterioration despite having mixed over eight tons of concrete. It performs well either on the stand or on the ground, though we preferred the latter because it was easier to load by us pensioners! I did intend to sell it on once the job was finished but I've become attached to it and would hate to think of it being ill treated, so you'll have to buy your own! An excellent machine.
