Purchased 18th April 2018.
It broke down 27th October 2018

I bought this machine in April. supposed easy start, it isn't, luckily I have a long reach & relatively strong as you need to spin the engine a few times.
It drives quite slowly, could have done with it being slightly faster covering the ground.
It hasn't had a hard summer as the grass didn't grow that well (heatwave).
This afternoon giving the lawn (hopefully ) this years last cut so deck was almost full hight. Seems the drive side of things has decided to give up the ghost.
if its the drive belt very disapointed, had other "cheaper" machines which performed better,
Don't like the soft type of grass box but that seems to be the norm now.
Yet to contact B & Q to sort things out.
Definately would not buy another

After much research and deliberation we settled on this mower and are so glad we did! Smashing mower, was a bit worried after reading reviews about putting it together but it was easy, just had to fix handle on: note the blue clips need a bit of muscle to move them! So pleased with mower, easy to use and lawn looks lovely.

Happy customer

I have had a Honda mountfield for the last 18yrs, but bless her she was getting a little old. So I needed to find myself a new mower. I have already got the Mac allister bush cutter, so having been happy with that purchase fell this would be the one!
Good points,
Easy to assemble
Clear instructions
Looks good
Lots of options, cutting hight, handle bar hight
Cuts well
Starts early, due to the self clutch mechanism
Bad points
When running grass will seep out of the side of the collection box, only a little but if your like me that's annoying
A bit heavy to manoeuvre, may be this is because it's a bigger model than my last one but turning little cumbersome.
Lastly the speed of the self propelled model, great not to have to push my mower up a slight incline (as my lawn is) but it quite slow below (my) walking pace.

This is my first impressions as straight out of the box today so reliability etc I cannot comment on
However so far good and happy

Great
