Much quicker to respond than I thought. The chair is higher than my last armchair which supports my back and raises my legs to a better level. My ankles are less swollen after a couple of days use. Very comfortable. So pleased I bought it.

I ordered this item for my grandmother and so unfortunately I haven't seen it myself but she is very pleased with it. The chair was delivered in 3 days and you could not beat the price, hundreds cheaper than other providers.
