I have bought this product on several occasions each time it has been a good grade and has done the job brilliantly

Poor quality and over priced
I bought this last month and when it came it was mostly fine stone poor quality and very overpriced

Could of been better
I felt that the bag of type 1 held to many big stones making it diffrercult to compact, l was disappointing with the consistency of the bag

Do not buy this from here unless you want soil
It was mainly soil. This has been useless for what I needed. I was expecting a variation of stone sizes like the picture.

Mostly Dirt – Very Poor Quality
The product shown in the advert looks like clean aggregate, but what arrived was mostly dirt, dust, and clumped soil with only a small amount of usable stone mixed in. It was nothing like the pictures or what I expected for the price.

Terrible product
Travis Perkins type 1 is £10 cheaper and delivery is the same as b&q spend over £100 for free delivery the only similarity. Ii used a tp one today and it was so much better and easy to shovel and rake. B&Q 1 out of 10 TP 10 out of 10

Exactly what it says.
Exactly what MOT type 1 is supposed to be. A good grade of materials which compacted well to form a stable sub base. Delivery was as per option selected and updates on the day by the driver meant I could get other jobs done. No complaints.

Consistency
Full of large stones & hardly any sand so was very difficult to compact down
