A total waste of time and money. Followed the instructions carefully, read what it was for. Finally I had to plane and sand it, which is what I should have done from the start. Will never purchase again. May as well have used water the effect would have been the same and the cost acceptable, feel very foolish to have bought it.

I bought this on the recomendation of a friend as I needed to strip some old paint off our deck. Unfortunately this was not up to the job. I got better results blasting it with my jet washer
Wish I'd read previous review before buying it!

I have used the green nitromors (gel) several times in the past with no problems but I found this liquid product terrible. It was just like trying to apply water and dripped everywhere. 'Did not do what it said on the tin'. I will return the tin to B&Q to see if I can get a refund.

Ok. This will be brief and to the point...
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I bought it thinking that it would help me strip off a half dozen coats of gloss. I followed the instructions to the letter. And I got the same results as coating the surface with water. It did nothing. No blistering. No softening. Nothing.
I will be taking the majority remains of the tin back to the store tomorrow to ask for a full refund. As it is fraudulent to suggest that this product will strip paint!! Why would a DIY store even stock this rubbish?!
