Door is not white
The door is not white as claimed by B&Q its an ivory or cream. Also door arrived water-damaged and gouged.

decent door, but the edges are not finished
I wanted a pre-painted door to save time an hassle. Turns out only the faces are pre-painted, the edges need to be sanded and primed with MDF primer before they will take gloss paint.

Poor quality
Bought 5 pre painted doors to save time instead of primed doors, extra cost of £100. Stupid when thinking about it now. These pre painted doors are not fully painted and you will need to finish of the painting on the doors. All the edges of the doors are not painted, I know you can't see top and bottom of the doors but you can see the hinge side edge and lock side edge. So I need to paint all the edges of the doors which defeats the purpose of buying painted doors. Also all 5 doors had one corner on each door damaged which could be hidden on the hinge side. The doors are very poorly packed with no protection for the corners.

garbage, full of nails!
Bought 2 doors, hit nails while trimming on both in different places. Not saving time or money in the process as its cost a set of electric planer blades. 1mm on one door 3mm on the other. What do you need to trim these doors safely? An x-ray machine?

Great doors for the price
These doors are great value for money. We bought 4 of them and they all look great hung up. I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend them if you want doors that look good but don’t break the bank. I would suggest they improve the packaging as we noticed a few of these damaged in store

Beware MDF
The doors I installed look great but the edges are MDF not softwood. Difficult to plane and fine dust everywhere.

Damaged Door
The box was not damaged however on opening the plastic wrap on the door was damaged and the door had scuff marks front and back, removing the painted surface. The door was clearly damaged before it was packed. I spoke to Will via the online help and he has escalated to the support team. I have decided to keep the door and paint over the marks because I don’t want to go through the process again for the next one to be worse. I informed the team so they can tighten up their quality control so it doesn’t happen again. V.annoyed.
