Didn't even get to use it once. Plugged in for the first time and the blades do not spin. What a waste of time
Good value

I bought this plane because I only had one door to do and didn't want to spend £60+ on a Bosch. It did the job well. The dust bag is a bit naff - the zip on my didn't work so it took longer to empty than it did to fill. Otherwise, no complaints at all - a lot of tool for the money.
Does the job

Bought this to fit a door and that it did.. Unfortunately at one point I had the same problem as a previous customer where the metal rod that holds the bag out came loose which resulted in the bag wrapping around the cutter...
Check the bar and hole the bag out the way before powering up..
Perfect planer

I wanted a planer to trim some doors. It isn't going to be used very often, so I didn't want to spend much. This machine is simple to use, good quality and fantastic value for money. What more could you want?
Cheap and did the job

Can't speak to the longevity, however bought it to plane a few mm of several doors and it has held up to the job with no issues. Couldn't justify spending 3x the money for something that will get used very occasionally. That said, it feel robust, is very easy to adjust, and left a nice finish. Blades don't look difficult to replace
