Solid, easy to lay
Zac Alexander - 5 days ago
Laid this on green 5mm underlay in two bedrooms. It has a solid feel underfoot and has fitted together well. I didn't use any glue or sealant, but the instructions say they are an option if you want to make it water resistant. I wouldn't use it anywhere spills are likely because it has a chamfered edge, so water will be all the more likely to soak into it (fatal for laminate as it's MDF based).
I had no problems laying this, it took a couple of hours for each room. None of the joints have opened up (you do have to hit some of the end joints with a hammer and block to make them seal together nicely), it's all been straight and I've not had to discard any boards. I'm not sure why other reviewers had such problems with it but for me it's been good and I'll buy more for the other rooms.
Great quality flooring

I have just finished laying this flooring. It was easy to lay the click system worked perfectly. it is thicker than most other laminates ie 12 mm rather than 10 mm. Looks great am very pleased with the result

This product is an absolute joke its supposed to be a glueless click flooring. But it does not click, end joins will not stay down and it takes some effort to get the long lenghts to sit straight. I bought 25 packs 6 packs were damaged. If you want to avoid stress and frustration do not buy.

i/ ought this over a month ago, and just started to lay it, started easy enogh, then i notice joints were popping open all over the place. ( I'm a joiner of over 40 years ), had to pull it up and restart again this time using wood glue to secure most of the joints: it's lovely to look at, but a nightmare to fit... would i recommend it, yes but only if you're prepared to work at it,?
