Rustins Post Office Red Paint - 250ml

• Surface Preparation - The surface must be clean, smooth, sound, dry and free from wax, dust and contaminants. If the wood or metal surface is bare, apply the appropriate primer and undercoat before painting. On metal use Rustin’s Red Oxide Metal Primer. On wood use Rustin’s Quick Drying Primer & Undercoat. Prior to painting, existing coated surfaces should be cleaned withRustin’s Surface Cleaner, or Rustins Sugar Soap and sanded lightly to provide a key, prior to painting. Cracks may be filled with Rustin’s Wood filler. Undercoat may be applied if required.
• Instructions for Use - Apply light, even coats using a good quality brush for water-based coatings.1 coat is sufficient but a second coat may be applied if required. It is better to apply two light coats rather than one heavy coat.
