Not fit for purpose - manufacturing error?

These door knobs look nice but are effectively useless. We bought 9 of them as we are replacing all the internal doors in our abode, but none of them contained a return spring! Very frustrating. We purchased 5 in store and another 4 online, so it wasn't just a bad batch.
To their credit B&Q customer services were very helpful and refunded us in full, but we had to go elsewhere to purchase door knobs of a similar design that actually worked.
Great product pity about the website !

I bought these door knobs to match the others I had bought previously . The website states that they come as a one pack and they are round! They actually come two in a pack and are oval in shape!
