Saru hose tap
Lovely tap. Looks fantastic. Had similar problem to someone else on here who has left a review - the pull out hose was not tightened up enough on the nozzle on the end therefore water backing up down the tap into the kitchen cupboard below. Problem solved now and all in working order. However the pull out hose supplied is nothing like the chrome one in the picture. The one in this picture looks like a shower hose the one supplied is material on the outside of the hose.

Installation Tip
Really pleased with this tap, which seems good quality and does the job well. The pull out tap enables the sink to be cleaned properly. Just a tip on installation, make sure that the extending hose is fitted TIGHTLY to the actual nozzle that pushes into the spout. I didn't, and as it was slightly loose, water came out of it so that when it was in its fully fitted position the water leaked into the spout and backed up to the point that it overflowed back down the spout and into the cupboard below. Soon sorted, but the tip might help someone else have the same issue. Otherwise we are really pleased with it.

Great tap
Very happy with it much better than my old pull out as it's not splashing water all around the sink.

great tap for reasonable price
Absolutely love this tap, all taps should be made with a pull-out spout like this, it's such a useful idea. Tap seems good quality and the builder didn't swear too much while fitting it so I think it's easy to fit. Would recommend this product.

Low Pressure
The connections are so small that the gravity fed hot water gives a very slow fill rate so probably not suitable for all systems. It is expensive to add a small pump so will probably look for a new mixer with bigger connections and sell this one on ebay.

Missing Holding Bolt
I brought this tap to replace my kitchen tap. I took the old tap off my sink whilst my partner assembled the new one. Once I had the old one off and having to bend one of the pipes so its no longer usable, my partner informs me that there is a bolt missing from the box of the new tap. Its a Sunday night and B&Q are closed. This now means that I'm going without use of my kitchen sink till I able to get to B&Q to get a replacment. Not a happy customer.
