Turned the wood into a table top
I bought this product to turn a 6 seater table into a ten seater with a temporary top for family parties. The wood was flat and easy to work with. I only needed to sand the ends and round them. The top needed almost no sanding. I would absolutely recommend this product. Delivery was very straightforward too.

Bad timber
Once again I have bought timber from BQ and once again I have got rubbish. Warped so badly could use it as a propeller. As a trades man of 35 years experience, I`ve never seen such dross. Even DIYers deserve better. If the timber was stored flat not on its end the wood could settle flatter.

No major problems, some general bends only
The wood was in good nick and I left it in the room to be used in for a few days to acclimatise. A few pieces were slightly bent but straightened out ok. One was curved depthways, as it wouldn't lie flat against a wall but otherwise was all fine. Only other things that bothered me -but probably won't bother many others- was that unlike most of the wood based products you can purchase at BnQ which are FSC certified, this timber (and the rest it seems) is only PEFC certified. I have read some unfavourable things about the latter scheme.
