Used to patach up a phone cord where wire has started to show through. Waited 24h. Went like rubber, as expected. Used cable a couple of times and the whole blob of blue fell down around the cable like a hollow ring.
What a brilliant product!

This is such a useful a product for all DIYers. You can fix or improve almost anything with it. I managed to fix my daughter's glasses while on holiday. They lasted all week and the the return journey and are still going strong as her spare pair. Buy some and keep it in the cupboard ready to fix anything and everything!
Better than duct tape and silicone put together!

I got some of this a while back, I've just used the last of it, so I'm headed back for more! It really is unbelievable, I patched a cracked crease in my wellies, it held through all last winter and is still going strong! The wife broke the power jack to her laptop, sugru: sorted! I would carry a sachet with me everywhere, but unfortunately it doesn't keep forever unless in the freezer, so that's where I store it. Ignore the use by date, just let it thaw out and it's as good as new.
