Loved it but small tub is a rip off.

I am terrible at DIY. I love this stuff. I used it to level out walls in lounge so I could paint them. Amazing stuff for a novice like myself! So easy. I bought the smaller tub for the kitchen, thinking it would have all the tools in as I no longer have them. It only has the squeegee tool, which makes the application much harder and much more uneven. Smaller tub is soooo much more expensive per kg than the larger one but I wouldn't have used it. Disappointed that I've not been able to do a decent job without that tool even though it actually costs more.
OK but expensive for what it is

Bought in an attempt to smooth out a couple of bedroom walks to enable painting rather than papering. First things first, opened the tub and it was a third empty...that aside, went on the walls ok smoothed reasonably well. Took some sanding afterwards. All in all, ok but expensive for what it is. Feel I’d have been better spending less on filler and taking it from there.
Ridiculous waste of money

I had a large ceiling which was artexed to do so bought the 20kg at £43. The roller went in the bin after first attempt . It's just 20kg of ready mixed filler. You can buy 20kg of powder filler for a tenner and mix it up with free tap water. I ended up using my own tools and the finish was so bad I had to use powder filler anyway and 1200 grade lining paper to make it look decent. GET A PLASTERER.

This is the second time I've bought this and I'm very impressed. I just used this on a small ceiling that had been very poorly painted previously with very visible brush marks across the entire area. Having used this the ceiling is now completely smooth and has taken paint very well. Highly recommended.
Good solid plastering alternative

gives a solid result and is rather easy to use. Only 4 stars due to the steep price.
