Features and benefits
Cacti and succulents are unique plants. They retain moisture over long periods and do not need a great deal of watering. However, they do need a gritty porous compost with good drainage and the correct nutrient balance for strong, healthy growth.

This is getting ridiculous now. Why would a cactus grow in peat? Why is there no peat-free houseplant mix offered by B&Q?

Purchased several bags to repot my extensive range of cacti and succulents
Some of which are really rare. I had to sieve out large pieces of bark, roots, even shredded plastic!! I have used this for several years without any concerns, until now. Waste of money.
