Features and benefits

• Remove existing flooring to reveal base floor, repair floor as required
• Install under tile warming mats to fit to room shape as per manufacturers instructions. Install manual/LCD thermostat to matting. Connection to electrical fused spur required, (fused spur not included), RCD/RCBO and mains earth bonding to be supplied if required but not included. Test system on completion for minimum of 40 mins
• Electrical certification required but not included
• N.B. Customer to supply the appropriate size matting pack/s to fit and thermostat. Where under tile heating is to be laid on concrete flooring insulation board MUST also be purchased. Where under tile heating is to be laid on timber flooring insulation board is recommended and additional plywood flooring may be necessary subject to survey. If the floor requires screeding to gain a level surface additional costs will apply. Floor tiling is not included. B&Q do not install loose cable under tile warming systems. Under tile warming is not intended as a replacement for a full heating system
