Our Click + Collect service makes it easy to shop on line and pick up in store. Find popular questions about the service below.

We’re happy for someone else to collect your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation, as well as their own photo ID (passport or driver’s licence).

Yes, currently all Click + Collect locations are open, if this situation changes the closed locations will not be available to select at checkout.

Our 1 hour Click + Collect service is back up and running. Your order confirmation will give you a time that your order will be available from. If you place an order within an hour of the store closing, your items will be available the next day. Check our store opening hours before visiting.

We’ll hold your Click + Collect order in store for 7 days. If you don’t collect your order within 7 days, we’ll automatically issue a refund.

Your order will be ready to collect from our Click + Collect point at the front of the store.

Please take a copy of your order confirmation on your phone or printed out, as proof of purchase and your payment card or valid photo ID.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the order confirmation and their own photo ID.

If you don't collect your Click + Collect order within 7 days, we’ll automatically issue a refund.

If the product you'd like to order is not available for Click + Collect, you may still be able to order the product for home delivery or buy in a store.

You can check on diy.com whether the product can be ordered for delivery to home, as well as check for stock at your local store.

You can return a Click + Collect order to any B&Q store, subject to our returns policy.

Once a Click + Collect order has been placed, it's not possible to change the store it will be delivered to.

Doddle is a parcel sending and collection service. B&Q has partnered with Doddle to offer collection points in some of our stores. You'll be able to use Doddle’s services at these desks, and you'll also find our in-store Click + Collect collection point here.

Doddle collection points can currently be found in B&Q New Malden.

At present, it's not possible to provide a Doddle collection point as a delivery address for items available for home delivery from diy.com.
