We’re happy for someone else to collect your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation, as well as their own photo ID (passport or driver’s licence).
Yes, currently all Click + Collect locations are open, if this situation changes the closed locations will not be available to select at checkout.
We offer a 1 hour Click + Collect service. Your order confirmation will give you a time that your order will be available from. If you place an order within an hour of the store closing, your items will be available the next day. Please check our store opening hours before visiting.
Your order will be ready to collect from our Click + Collect desk - this area will be clearly signposted in store.
Please take a copy of your order confirmation on your phone or printed out as proof of purchase, and your payment card or valid photo ID.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the order confirmation and their own photo ID.
We’ll hold your Click + Collect order in store for 7 days. If you don’t collect your order within 7 days, we’ll automatically cancel your order and issue a refund.
If the product you'd like to order is not available for Click + Collect, you may still be able to order the product for home delivery or purchase the product in your local B&Q store.
The available purchasing routes are shown on the product page for every product. If you’d prefer to purchase in store, please check the store stock checker online before heading to your local store to avoid disappointment.
Once a Click + Collect order has been placed, it's not possible to change the store it will be delivered to.

Doddle is a parcel sending and collection service. B&Q has partnered with Doddle to offer collection points in some of our stores. You'll be able to use Doddle’s services at these desks, and you'll also find our in-store Click + Collect collection point here.
Doddle collection points can currently be found in B&Q New Malden.
At present, it's not possible to provide a Doddle collection point as a delivery address for items available for home delivery from diy.com.

No, products sold by verified sellers ( ‘Sold and shipped by [seller name]’) are only available for home delivery.
