In the stores that have toilet facilities for colleague use only, for the safety of colleagues and customers, we continue to restrict customer access to children and those with a medical requirement or who are pregnant.

If a fault develops once your appliance is fitted and it is under guarantee, you should contact the manufacturer directly. Full details can be found on our appliance aftercare page. The manufacturer will arrange for an engineer to visit your home and carry out any necessary repairs.
If your appliance has not been fitted, and you notice any damage or faults with the product, contact our Home Delivery Centre on 03330 143357. Please do not install the appliance if you know it is damaged.
